Here are just a few ways to use video to help you sell more homes and drive more attention to your listings:
1. Post the videos on You Tube.
We recommend that you open up a You Tube Channel for your listings and start posting them there. This allows people to more easily find your listings online and gives you an easy way to embed or link to those videos on any blog, Facebook page, or practically anywhere else online. Plus, all mobile phones recognize You Tube videos, while other video sites that only support Flash don’t work on Iphones, for example.
2. Use our Video Submission Service to post your video to 20 different video directories online.
This is a quick, easy, and affordable way to get your videos posted all over the internet. Video sites typically have pretty good page ranking, so gathering a link from that location and then promoting it around the internet should help you get a lot more traffic to your listing and/or listing video, especially when you use it in conjunction with keyword research to help better determine the best words for you to target in your video descriptions.
3. Attach video to a QR code and place it on all advertising you do for the listing.
This allows someone with a Smart Phone to easily scan and see this incredible presentation on the go just by using one of the many free QR code reader apps that are available on smart phones. If you use a You Tube channel, your video is already optimized perfectly for presentation on a mobile phone.
4. Attach mobile optimized site to QR code and place code on all advertising you do for the listing.
The advantage of using a mobile optimized site instead of a straight video is that you can prompt other things to happen when the QR code is scanned. For example, if you are trying to get more Twitter followers or Facebook Fans, you can easily place links to these services on the site as well as include other information that might interest the person that scans it.
5. Embed the video in to your personal or business focused blog

Two Unique Ways to Submit Your Information for the Video
Depending on how much control you would like to have over the outcome of your video, you have two different options you can use to submit your information.
As you can see in the screenshots below, the Creative option requires the url address for both the video images and video descriptions, while the Custom option requires only the url for the images and allows you to submit your own video titles and captions. With all of our plans you have the option of using either of these forms, that way, you can choose to save time on your submission by leaving the basic information or choose to have more control over the video creation process by leaving very specific content.
